Cosmo Macro Sealer EP – Cosmo Polymers

It is an epoxy resin-based , two-component , solvent-free , cured on damp concrete , transparent floor coating.

As primer layer before application of epoxy or polyurethane top-coats on the concrete , cement or epoxy mortars for floors subject to medium to heavy load;
As concrete primer for providing a good adhesion before top-coats of epoxy mortar, epoxy self-levelling screed , epoxy laminate or epoxy/polyurethane ;
As binder for preparation of level stabilization , repair and improvement mortar ;
As binder for preparation of epoxy mortar to obtain a thickness of 5 – 8 mm ;
For repair of big cracks and form of chamfering by mixing with silica sand or different fills ,
As a primer for insulation systems and as a resin system for making lamination
As a primer for polyuria applications for different surfaces.

A 14 -kg set of COSMO MACRO SEALER EP consists of Component A in one pail of net 10 kg and Component B in one gallon of net 4 kg.

Excellent adhesion and wetting capability , suitable for use glossy mineral surfaces (including ceramic) ,
Suitable as an insulation primer and lamination resin because of its resilient and hard structure ,
Good adhesion to wet and dry substrates , exhibit rapid cure, even at low temperatures with a workable pot-life and have the ability to resist moisture while curing.
